USDA Invests in $650,000 in Lower Deer Creek Watershed

With support from the NRCS, Pixley Irrigation District GSA, The Nature Conservancy, and Audubon are preparing a watershed plan that will support groundwater sustainability through the implementation of conservation practices like wildlife-friendly recharge basins, upland habitat restoration, and on-farm recharge.

Tule Basin Land & Water Conservation Trust is looking forward to working with the watershed planning partners to implement projects on the ground.
